About Us

​

We are avid travellers, covering six continents, countless countries and living on three different continents. Our mountaineering skills have taken us to some of the planet's most remote and beautiful places, from hiking across glaciers to scaling desert dunes to climbing mountains in white-outs to walking through knee deep bog. We are both physicists, with Paul an expert in engineering (he can repair, design or build pretty much anything), while Kate is an expert in climate science and physical oceanography. We share a passion for photography and the natural world and have created this page to share our passion with others.
