About Us

​

Paul and Kate are avid travellers, covering six continents, over two dozen countries and living on three different continents. Our experienced mountaineering skills have taken us to some of the planet's most remote and beautiful places. We've hiked across glaciers, scaled the tallest dunes, climbed mountains, and battled through water rapids. We've slept on cliff tops, lain on frozen lakes under the aurora, and ventured to unexplored regions of the world. We are both physicists, with Paul an expert in engineering (he can repair, design or build pretty much anything), and Kate an expert in climate science and physical oceanography. We share a passion for photography and the natural world and have created this page to share our passion with others.
